How to obtain licence

Organizations interested in obtaining licence for Quality Management System (QMS) as per IS/ISO 9001 should ensure that they are operating the Quality Management System according to the standard and ensure its effectiveness by conducting minimum one internal audit and one management review.

The organization should apply on the prescribed proforma (Form IV) and  a supplementary questionnaire (Form V) duly filled in along with the documented Quality Management System Manual. The application and questionnaire shall be submitted in duplicate along with necessary application fee to Dy. Director General (Regional Offices)  of the Region in which the organization belongs.
