How to obtain licence?

Establish a documented Food Safety Management Systems as per the IS/ISO 22000:2005 and ensure its implementation and in accordance with the requirements of the standard and ensure its effectiveness by conducting minimum one internal audit and one management review.

Submit application on prescribed proforma (Form IV) , the questionnaire (Form XIII) in duplicate along with the quality manual and/ or concerned documents and necessary fees to Dy. Director General (of respective region).
